1. Before the Session
    The initial complementary 30-minute phone session convinces you that Hypnosis is worth trying. You understand that hypnosis is a very powerful tool. You understand that your hypnotherapist can guide you in using this powerful tool. You understand that the combination of your determination, commitment, and willingness to use the tool under your hypnotherapist's guidance helps you make positive changes.
2. You Accept an Invitation to Hypnotize Yourself
    Your motivation is strong: "You really REALLY want it," and you're FULLY committed. You feel comfortable about your hypnotherapist. Together, you set reasonable goals.
3. You Receive Instructions to Hypnotize Yourself
    You follow instructions to relax your conscious mind.

    You give permission for your conscious mind to take a welcoming break, to quietly watch the hypnotic process like watching a movie.
4. You Welcome Your Hypnotic States
    With your conscious mind calm and quiet, you allow self-doubt, self-criticism, and restricted thinking to minimize.

    In this gracious space, you attend with "unusually" strong focus on your goals and the means with which to achieve them.
5. You Empower Yourself
    With unrestrained focus, creativity, and ease, you explore and discover paths to solutions.
